Oh my lord, this wedding is still on the top of my mind, memories are still fresh as it happened yesterday.
When I met Katina and Tim over Skype we instantly connected, and meeting them for the first time in Santorini felt like meeting old friends, also all the guests treated me like I was part of the family and I really had the best time capturing those beautiful moments.
The wedding took place in Oia, the most well known city in Santorini, Katina and Tim have greek roots that’s why they decided to fly form the US to get married in Greece, there was a very special meaning behind their choice.
The day was warm but not too hot, they got ready on a cave surrounded by the closest members of their families, they had a touching ceremony on a terrace overlooking the sea, after the ceremony we went rooftop and cliffs climbing, when the couple is adventurous I’m always up for anything.
The morning after the wedding we woke up early and at 6am we were ready to capture the sun rising over an empty Oia. What a memorable experience.
In just few days I felt like I found new friends, met beautiful souls, Katina also, when I was in Atlanta, flew in to meet me and we spend the day exploring the city, I feel so grateful for the people I get to meet and the experience I get to live.
No more words, now just enjoy their story in Santorini.
The morning after
